Alice Simpson

Alice Simpson is studying an MA Painting (Part time)at Plymouth College of Art. Alice is interested in the female experience, anger, grief, love and loss. Alice makes self portraits and is interested in how to convey emotion through colour.

Alice will be working as an artist assistant to Huhtamaki Wab for the next year as part of the South West Showcase. Alice is keen to gain insight into the complete process of making an exhibition from inception to realisation. The highs and the lows, the conversions and the connections
